to prepare a quote and carry out an assignment;
to plan maintenance and register installations, as required by law for installations using F-gases;
to process applications;
to comply with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.

We process your data based on the execution of an agreement, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in answering your question.

How long we store data

We do not store data for longer than necessary. We keep data from the administration for seven years due to the tax retention obligation. We delete application data no later than four weeks after the completion of the procedure, unless you consent to storing them for longer.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties that help us provide our services, such as our website hosting and email provider, and only when necessary. We make arrangements with these parties regarding the security of your data.
